we supply Co-rotating extruder for WPC compounding, and counter-rotating extruder for profile extrusion. we call it two step process.
We supply Co-rotating extruder for PE/PP compounding with 50% wood powder. All the raw material will be feed into twin screw extruder first for compounding. Then falls into single screw extruder for cooling down and extrusion.
